Effective 8/20/2009 The Unidocs HMOIP will be retired. It will become the new California Environmental Reporting System (CERS), managed by CalEPA. Be sure to update your HMOIP user profile before the change date so all facility data you have entered transfers to CERS and you can use the new system. Details. CalEPA Video.
On 1/1/09, the City of Palo Alto transferred regulation of UST systems to Santa Clara County CUPA. All other programs handled by Palo Alto Fire Dept. remain unchanged.
10/2/08: Mandatory electronic reporting of Unified Program Consolidated Form (UPCF) data will be required by 1/1/13. Details.
