Effective 1/1/2013 reporting of Unified Program Consolidated Form (UPCF) data must be done electronically.
Details.
Effective 1/1/2013 all Unified Program responsibilities within the City of Morgan Hill are now handled by Santa Clara County CUPA: this includes the Hazardous Materials Business Plan Program and Underground Storage Tank Program.
Effective 7/1/2011 the City of San Jose is no longer a Unified Program Agency. All Unified Program responsibilities within San Jose are now handled by Santa Clara County CUPA.
On 1/1/2009, the City of Palo Alto transferred regulation of UST systems to Santa Clara County CUPA. All other programs handled by Palo Alto Fire Dept. remain unchanged.
