UPCF Hazardous Waste - Hazardous Waste Tank Closure Certification

This form must be completed and uploaded as a PDF file attachment to the local Unified Program Agency (UPA) electronic reporting portal or the California Electronic Reporting System (CERS) to certify that aboveground and underground storage tanks which previously contained hazardous materials, and which are cleaned on-site, have been properly rendered non-hazardous. (Note: Submittal of this form is not required if the tank is not cut on-site and is merely rinsed to lessen the risk of explosion during removal and/or transportation off-site.) |
