April 26, 2018 - Effective July 1, 2018 Milpitas Fire Dept will no longer be a Unified Program Agency. As of that date, all Unified Program responsibilities within the City of Milpitas will be handled by Santa Clara County CUPA: this includes the Hazardous Materials Business Plan Program, Underground Storage Tank Program, and Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act (APSA) Program.
